1. Make sure you know what to feed your teacup puppy. Most vets recommend a diet rich in vitamins, minerals, omega fatty acids with very little meat grease for teacup puppies. Feed your puppy wholesome amounts of milk and butter with flax seeds and a bit of frozen fruit and vegetables to replenish their bodies with nutrients they need. Canned chicken meat and eggs are a must too.

2. Be sure your puppy is getting its rest. Monitor if your teacup puppy is getting the rest important to keep him healthy. Most experts warn against playing with your puppy for more than an hour at a stretch. You’ll find your teacup puppy full of energy so make sure you are balancing that with proper rest and hydration.

3. Watch your puppy closely. During the first few days in your house, your teacup puppy is bound to feel stressed and suffer from low blood sugar levels, called hypoglycemia. You must aim to include “karo” syrups in his food and milk, so he is de-stressed internally and never suffers from panic attacks and frustration.

4. Also, avoid spanking or screaming at your puppy. Give him space and time to acclimate to his new surroundings.

5.
